Once you realize what FinSteam makes possible, the next step is simple. Explore our range and find the heater that becomes your sauna companion, wherever life takes you.

FINSTEAM BOTNIA81 FinSteam’s new era began with BOTNIA81 O, the Original The Original Finnish Gas Sauna Heater BOTNIA 81 Product flyer Traditional wood-burning and electric sauna heaters have served us well for decades and will continue to do so. But today, there is another option. FinSteam brings gas into the world of Finnish sauna – creating new possibilities for where, when and how we can enjoy it. Download Technical Datasheet BOTNIA81 Strong, independent and always ready to turn up the heat, BOTNIA81 brings freedom to cabins, retreats, sauna tents and other unforgettable places. It asks for very little, but knows exactly how to make you feel good. BOTNIA81 was built around one simple idea: authentic Finnish sauna should be possible even where electricity and firewood are not. It became the heater that started a new era for FinSteam and the first CE-marked FinSteam gas sauna heater. Compact, powerful and completely independent of electricity or a chimney, BOTNIA81 proved that a genuine Finnish sauna experience does not have to be tied to traditional infrastructure. FINSTEAM AURORA81 AURORA81 – Made to Stay, Ready to Go Let us be honest: beneath its refined exterior, AURORA81 carries the same trusted FinSteam technology as BOTNIA81. The same 8.1 kW heart, the same gas-powered freedom and the same ability to create authentic Finnish löyly without electricity and chimney. AURORA81 was created for saunas that are built to stay. Barrel saunas, garden saunas, outdoor retreats and beautifully finished indoor saunas all shaped its design. Its refined appearance and slightly more generous proportions make it feel naturally at home in permanent installations. So why create another heater from the same foundation?

Because you asked us to.

Our customers wanted something more elegant, more refined and a little less rugged. A heater that would bring the FinSteam experience into modern saunas where appearance matters just as much as atmosphere. We listened, returned to the drawing board and gave our proven technology a new shape. Technical Datasheet AURORA81 But being made to stay does not mean it cannot travel.

AURORA81 works just as confidently in portable sauna use as its older brother, BOTNIA81. It is slightly larger and heavier, but beneath the redesigned exterior beats the same proven FinSteam heart. So why build another gas sauna heater around the same core technology?

Because you asked us to.

Safety Accessories FinSteam HALO and NJORD are purpose-designed safety accessories for FinSteam gas sauna heaters. HALO HALO creates a protective barrier around the heater and helps reduce the risk of accidental contact with hot surfaces.

Designed specifically for FinSteam heaters and ORBIR R stone cages. HALO follows the shape of the heater without making the installation feel heavy or oversized. It adds an extra level of safety while still leaving the heater open, visible and easy to use. FinSteam HALO Safety Rail is supplied in two semicircular sections, allowing flexible installation around the heater.
Use both sections to create a full safety rail, or install one or both sections only where protection is needed.
This is especially useful with the NJORD Heat Shield, where HALO can protect the open sides of the heater while NJORD protects the wall side. Safety Rail NJORD Heat Shield FinSteam NJORD Heat Shield protects nearby combustible surfaces from the heat of the sauna heater and allows a more compact installation.

With NJORD, the required safety distance to a combustible wall can be reduced to 50 mm, making it especially useful in smaller saunas and installations where space is limited.
